Current Project:
                                                   Travelodge SuperRooms
                   Achieving ROI and NPS via Customer Experience development

Currently collaborating in a year long project with hospitality giant Travelodge. The programme is aimed at developing the Customer Service impact across the UK, alongside the launch of their new product 'SuperRooms'. Additional ROI has been generated through customer upgrades as a result of increased NPS and feedback.
